Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit. Event creation, public shift signup pages, no-account volunteer flow, volunteer roster, and community service verification letters are free forever with no credit card required. The $299/year plan unlocks volunteer hour tracking, family progress dashboards, QR check-in, deposit collection, and other accountability features.
What happens after the 45-day free trial?
After 45 days, paid features (hour tracking, compliance dashboards, deposit collection, QR check-in) are disabled and your account moves to the free tier. Your data is preserved. You can subscribe at any time to re-enable paid features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel through the billing portal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then. Your data and free-tier features remain available after cancellation.
What is the $10 verification letter fee?
Volunteers can request a signed PDF community service letter at any time — available on both the free and paid plans. The $10 fee is paid by the volunteer, not the organization. The letter includes a unique public verification URL accepted by NHS chapters, college admissions offices, scholarship programs, and court systems.
Do you offer nonprofit or team discounts?
We occasionally offer promotional codes for new programs. Contact support@fullturnout.com to ask about current offers for nonprofits, FIRST Robotics teams, or multi-season commitments.
Is there a monthly billing option?
Not currently. Full Turnout is billed annually at $299/year. An annual commitment works well for most leagues and programs, and the 45-day free trial gives you time to evaluate before committing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Subscriptions are processed through Stripe and accept all major credit and debit cards. Volunteer deposits can be collected via Stripe or Venmo, depending on your organization's preference.
