Terms of Service
Effective May 17, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Full Turnout (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. The Service
Full Turnout provides a volunteer management platform including shift signup pages, volunteer hour tracking, family progress dashboards, community service verification letters, deposit collection tools, and related features. Features available on a given account depend on the plan selected.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@fullturnout.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One organization per account unless explicitly authorized otherwise.
4. Billing and payment
Free tier: Core signup features and community service verification letters are available at no charge. Verification letters carry a $10 fee per letter paid by the volunteer.
Paid plan: The paid plan ($299/year as of the effective date) unlocks volunteer hour tracking, family dashboards, deposit collection, and other advanced features. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.
Free trial: New accounts receive a 45-day trial of paid features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, paid features are disabled unless a subscription is purchased.
Renewals: Paid subscriptions renew automatically on the anniversary date. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Verification letter fees are non-refundable once the letter has been generated and delivered.
Volunteer deposits: Deposits collected from volunteers through the platform are held and disbursed according to the rules configured by the organization administrator. Full Turnout is not responsible for deposit disputes between organizations and their volunteers.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or another user’s account
- Use the Service to collect or store personal information about individuals without their knowledge or consent
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
- Generate fraudulent or misleading verification letters
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
6. Data and privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you enter into the Service (volunteer names, emails, background check information) was collected lawfully and that you have appropriate consent to process it.
7. Verification letters
Full Turnout generates verification letters based on hour entries recorded in the platform. We do not independently verify the accuracy of those entries — that responsibility lies with the organization that recorded them. Letters include a public verification URL confirming the letter was issued by our platform, but do not constitute an independent audit of the underlying hours.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Full Turnout and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Full Turnout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active account holders of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
